Sant‘Elena is in the territory of Bibbona, a small town in the heart of Tuscany with a marina on the Etruscan Riviera. The area is famous for its spectacular coastline, beautiful countryside, historical and naturalistic sites, and picturesque villages. This is the home of the world-famous Bolgheri red wine, as well as great sea food and red meat dishes.
The ideal location means visitors can comfortably reach the most famous historical cities and many other places of cultural interest within an hour’s drive. Sant‘Elena is only 10 minutes from the sea.

The property has been divided into fifteen beautiful rooms, with a succession of corridors and open galleries as in bygone times. The terracotta floors and the elegant earth tones on the walls provide a backdrop for the fine antique furnishing. The refined lounge welcomes guests for breakfast, and is also a perfect place to converse or read in front of the fireplace. All in all, an ideal location for a holiday in Tuscany, amid beautiful countryside yet close to the sea.

The family‘s antique furniture creates an atmosphere soaked in the past, the four-poster beds from a convent and the crisp white sheets will envelop you in a gentle embrace. A book, a print, or a photo may make you feel as if you have already been here, and will hopefully inspire you to return. Altogether there are three suites and twelve double rooms, each of them unique, charming, and comfortable.

In the belief that breakfast is a very special moment of the day, we provide a generous buffet of fresh bread, home-made jams and marmalade, freshly-made cakes, ricotta cheese, local salami and pecorino cheese, fruit, vegetables, and honey, laid out on the beautiful 19th-century table in the dining-room. As a ray of sunshine strikes the wisteria-covered pergola, a new day begins at Sant‘Elena.
