The Victory Hotel is a welcoming and exclusive hotel with a personal atmosphere in a perfect location in Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s charming Old Town. The fact is that the hotel is a tourist attraction in itself. It contains a unique, private collection of marine antiques, passionately selected by the collector himself, the hotel‘s founder and owner Gunnar Bengtsson.

In each room guests will find photographs and curiosa about the captain the room is named after as well as a model of his ship. The rooms have comfortable and homely furnishings and are tastefully decorated with selected items from our extensive collection of antiques. The rooms are the Captain Johansson’s suite is a fantastic 18th century suite. This 56 m² accommodation includes a high ceiling. The Captain’s Grand Cabins, these two homely 18th century style suites comprise a bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge with a seating area, desk and minibar. The Captain’s Deluxe Rooms, charming rooms with large windows and a crystal chandelier offer comfortable accommodation with king-size bed and an inviting seating area, a desk and a minibar. The Captain’s Double Rooms are personal 18th century style rooms with a comfortable double or king-size bed, a desk and a minibar provide welcoming accommodation at the Victory Hotel. The Captain‘s Single Rooms, charming rooms, furnished with a personal touch, provide you with unique accommodation.

In our nice and homely standard double rooms you will sleep comfortably in a double bed or a king size bed, surrounded by beautiful antiques. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, underfloor heating, a hairdryer and cosy bathrobes.

Captain’s Small Double Room
Size: 15-19 m2
Our small double rooms are less spacious, but the interior is just as cosy. A perfect choice to make the best of Old Town with a close friend, at a lower price.A charming and comfortable room with a double bed measuring 140 cm. The room also has a work space and a small fridge.

Captain’s Single Room
Size: 13-17 m2
Our single rooms have a genuine feel and a personal touch and offer a cosy choice of accommodation for the single traveller.Enjoy a good night’s sleep in this comfortable room with a single bed, work space and a small fridge.The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Captain’s Deluxe Room
Size: 30-35 m2
A charming and comfortable room with a king size bed measuring 210 cm and a cosy sitting area, work space and a small fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi or a double bathtub as well as underfloor heating, hair dryer and cosy bathrobes to snuggle in after the bath.

Captain’s Grand Cabin
Size: 33-35 m2
Our junior suites consist of two cosy rooms in 18th century style. In addition to a comfortable bedroom, there is a small lounge with a sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a double shower, underfloor heating, a hair dryer and cosy bathrobes.

Captain Johansson's Suite
Size: 56 m2
This is our stunning 18th century suite. The paintings on the beautiful ceiling dates back to 1642. This pearl consists of a bedroom with a four-poster bed measuring 200 x 200 cm, as well as a comfortable lounge with dining table, sitting area, work space and a small fridge.

Rent an Apartment in Old Town
Are you looking for a beautiful and comfortable living right in the charming quarters of historic Stockholm? Not far from the Victory Hotel, we have 4 apartments available for long or short term lets. All apartments come fully furnished and contain kitchens with a dining space and bathrooms with a shower or bath tub. They are also equipped with a washing machine, cable TV and wireless internet. Cleaning is done once a week for longer stays, and departure room cleaning is always included.

The Leijontornet Restaurant is an award-winning restaurant in a historic setting. This historic cellar, including the remains of one of Stockholm’s medieval defence towers, is where the restaurant serves innovative prize-winning Nordic cuisine that originates from traditional Swedish cooking and incorporates an organic approach. We are of course particularly proud that Leijontornet has been awarded a star in the Michelin Guide. Our knowledgeable sommeliers would be pleased to show you around our well-stocked wine cellar to explore the world of wine, for example before dinner.

Our pleasant meeting rooms are furnished in the same style as the hotels and are available at the Victory and Lady Hamilton Hotels. All our facilities are centrally located in Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s Old town, and are easily accessible by all forms of transport. The Victory Conference facilities are ideal for meetings of small groups who appreciate good food and personal service in a historic setting. Victory Conference facilities comprise 14 meeting rooms for up to 85 delegates in the largest room.

The inviting sauna and relaxation area are open daily and can be booked for two hours at a time.
